Easy! I had no intention of buying a vehicle yesterday. I saw the Black Raptor sitting out front, and stopped to look at it. Randy Wells came out to talk to me and I was very impressed with his approach. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed. We talked about the Raptor and how much I liked it. After visiting for a few minutes he told me the Raptor would not be a good choice for me, since I drive so much for work. I was a little shocked. I own a 2010 F150 and he said if I got another like the one I have I would be much happier. We looked at a few and then he told me about the last 2016 they had on the floor. My wife and I looked at it and then we decided it was time to go home. We left. On the way home we started adding up maintenance costs for our current truck with 210,000 miles. We decided to go back and see how they would proceed with us. Randy was surprised to see us back but he didn't show it. He treated us very professionally and simply went to work. In just a few short minutes we were in from of Matt Wilde to start the financing process. He was very proficient and knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process. He answered many questions I had not thought of yet. He quickly processed the loan application, explained the different options and pricing, and we settled on a deal. A few minutes later I was driving home in my new truck. These guys are a very easy going, respectful and professional team. I have been in sales for almost 30 years and have seen all the high stress tactics. They were not present yesterday. They found exactly what we asked for in a matter of hours at a great price and two days later they met us in St. Louis and within 15 minutes we had our car and were on our way back to a Springfield, Illinois. They told us exactly what we needed to do...so easy...and when we met the drivers they were so prepared, professional and helpful. No matter what I needed our salesman answered in minutes...even on his day off. I had no idea it would be so easy and organized. We will definitely be buying our next car from them.
