After everything checked out, Eric Robbins explained the whole process and was very friendly and approachable. This specific car just came in probably the day before and wasn't properly detailed and serviced yet, but Eric kept me company while I waited and made sure everything was taken care of. Would definitely recommend this dealer and salesman to anyone looking to buy a new/used car. The entire process took about 2 hours getting my old car appraised, finance approval and detail/ service of my new car. More

Quick and Easy Car Shopping Someone running a stop sign started my week off with a totaled Fusion. I had only had it 6 months and really loved it. I knew I wanted a Fusion and now was my chance to get the options mine didn't have. I had a list of things I wanted. We drove to the lot late Wednesday evening thinking we would be alone with no annoying car salesman to bug us. To our surprise, Machens was open late on Wednesday. It actually ended up being a blessing because Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable on the features of the Fusion. We scheduled a couple test drives for the next evening and ended up buying a car that night! Eric was super easy to work with and Mike made all the paper work go quickly and made sure we had the best rate and extended warranty... the slushie and Coke machine was an added bonus too. Both guys stayed after hours to get everything done for us and we are super happy with our "new to us" Fusion. I have all the features I wanted PLUS an even better extended warranty than I had before. More
