Getting an out the door price was very difficult at some dealerships. Not so at Joe Machens Ford. There were no hidden costs or fees, no surprises. I'm a rather persistent and pragmatic buyer, but I couldn't beat your price anywhere else. Doug lead the charge on this deal and was a pleasure to work with. I have a hearing problem and your staff was very understanding and accommodating throughout our negotiations and closing. I've never seen a customer lounge area like yours - well kept, clean and such a variety of refreshments and snacks. It was like an open concession stand. Car was delivered very clean with a full tank of gas. We're pretty "old school" and needed a fairly comprehensive review of the "new" electronic features on this vehicle. A "techy" patiently reviewed the standard equipment and the options with us, before sending us on our way. More

The dealership received a special edition black Raptor which I initially wanted but was not available. Flex always wanted another Raptor and after minimal negotiations over the phone, I bought another new Raptor and Flex bought mine. It was a win-win situation for both of us. Kevin Osborne was instrumental in this " Double Trade ", hats off to him. My wife recently purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKZ from Flex which she loves. There is never any pressure from anyone. This is the fourth vehicle purchased that Matt Wilde has handled and again was flawless. Our kids purchased vehicles from Flex and we recently purchased a car for our grandson from him.
