Multiple vehicles were viewed, discussed, driven, and Brad answered our questions as we attempted to determine the best buy for us. We purchased a vehicle without any type of pressure from Brad to purchase it, or any of the vehicles viewed. We would highly recommend Brad. Terry Bradshaw was the individual we used to complete the purchase. He too answered the multitude of questions we had, and the closing was completed without any problems. FYI - this is the third vehicle we have purchased through the Joe Machens Dealerships since 2009, the first two being through the Columbia office. Another family member has purchased two vehicles from Joe Machens Dealerships since 2010 as well, one in Columbia and one in Jefferson City. They used Brad Bartlett in their purchase at the Jeff City dealership, and referred him to us. If there is an area I would like to see improved it would be keeping the website updated with current inventory. While searching for our car we found three vehicles of interest to us on the website only to find that the cars had been sold two weeks to a month prior. More
