I sent him the exact vehicle I wanted, but due to my work schedule, I couldn’t go down to the dealership. Within 20 minutes or so Mike sent me a “congratulations” email. I sent a few documents via email and I spent less than 30 minutes at the dealership after work signing papers. They worked hard to respect my time constraints and I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. This was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! More
