He immediately understood that I did not want a sales pitch, just straight information about a used car. I was impressed with his effort to get me the needed info to make an informed decision. I went to Jefferson City to view 4 cars in the area, but stopped at Machens Ford first based on may positive first contact with Cody. (The other dealer did not seem interested unless I showed up and would not discuss price on the phone.) No long negotiations, less than an hour (mostly for me to review the car) we reached a deal and I was getting ready to head home with a new vehicle. No one was in more shock that I. Terry Bradshaw helped get the paperwork done after the sale agreement. Again, very impressive in that Terry read me well enough not to pressure extended warranties or other add-on items. They even took my personal check and gave me the car to drive home. What an easy experience purchasing a car. Great Price ,Great Staff, Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a vehicle.
