Walking up and down the aisles of cars and suvs was quite daunting, not knowing what I was searching for and having little knowledge about newer vehicles. Mr Sweagle approached me with a friendly demeanor and a sincere interest in what I was looking for. After a few general questions he pointed me in the direction of several newer used models. The test drives were very informative as he answered all of my questions and even questions I didn’t have. He helped set me on the right path with their financial division as well. All in all it was a way more painless process than I would have imagined. I would highly (and I already have) recommend any and all to give Joe Machens a chance to earn your business. Best service and sales team When I got to the dealership, there was a dent/scratch on the vehicle I had just purchased but my salesman, Eric, knew that it wasn't there before.
