A representative from Joe Machens brought the vehicle we purchased along with the paperwork to Rolla, where my wife works. He left the purchased vehicle and took possession of our trade-in. He then came to our home for me to sign the necessary paperwork. This was greatly appreciated.................. The sales person originally was too pushy, almost causing me to rethink about buying a vehicle there. But over time that was corrected and was able to work with her. I would buy one from her again.
