Most professional car dealer I have ever worked with. My wife and I drove over 200 miles to look at a 2015 Ford Explorer. We were looking for a specific Explorer with certain options. We had made an appointment the day before with JOHN LANGE. I also spoke to Larry Windsor in management. After the phone calls with both John and Larry, I told my wife that these two guys were without doubt the most professional, qualified and can-do salesman I have ever spoke to and I was actually looking forward to meeting them after talking to them. The next day, we drove to Jefferson City, MO and John in was there waiting for us. John showed us the vehicle, explained all the options and the car was exactly what we had expected. We also had a car to trade in and both John and Larry both reviewed the car. We started the negotiations with John. John provided the amount they would give for our trade-in. And, I told him what we wanted for the car and how much cash we would bring to the table. John went to talk with Larry and they both came back. A this point I realized that we were dealing to truly professional, positive and can-do attitudes and were sincerely willing to really work with us. We negotiated back and forth and finally agreed with the amount for the trade-in. I will tell you that they have the personalities that people enjoy working with. And, we probably visited more than we negotiated. Bottom line was: we were very happy with the result(s) and thoroughly enjoyed working with both John & Larry. They are truly a credit to Ford and particularly JOE MACHENS ford. In fact and can assure you that because of John and Larry we will tell all our relative and friends about their service and will in fact start buying all our vehicles from JOE MACHENS FORD. We were set on staying in a certain budget and Cody never pushed us one way or another. I met Larry, super outgoing guy and also when it was time to finance, we sat down with Jamie Wilson. I appreciated the fact that he and Cody both joked with us while we were there. We actually had a good time spending our money LOL. I highly recommend them all.
