This service call was handled in a perfect manner. The gentleman who handled my service request is the best. The other two people who sit ahead of him in the room line-up should be required to take le The gentleman who handled my service request is the best. The other two people who sit ahead of him in the room line-up should be required to take lessons and training from how to treat, deal with, and serve customers. His name might be Tim. He is friendly, conversant, pleasant, anxious to help, willing to take the job to a successful completion, thorough, and extremely helpful. None of this is true of the other the people who occupy the two desks in front of him. This is especially true of the person at the front of the room - the first person one meets when the come in from the door off of the garage area. You know exactly who I am speaking of. He mishandle my previous service call and three return calls for a satisfactory resolution to my problem are still unresolved. I have given up on this person or your company to be able to rectify what should have been a routine issue. Furthermore, I do not understand why your company resorts to a third party for the purpose of determining the level of my satisfaction of service. I am convinced that absolutely nothing will ever be done. Why do I say this? I've answered several of these inquiries as to my satisfaction.
