Six visits later...I sold my truck Multiple problems over the seven years I had my vehicle. Rarely would they fix my problem on the first visit. They would try to charge me my deductibl Multiple problems over the seven years I had my vehicle. Rarely would they fix my problem on the first visit. They would try to charge me my deductible at every visit even though it was the same problem. At times, I would make an appointment, and they wouldn’t even get to my vehicle. My latest problem was a leak. It took six visits to correct. I love the F150. However, at the end I sold my F150 for a new truck just to get away from Joe Machens Capital City Ford. Great find and deal I was looking for a used truck when I arrived at joe machens. The salesman and sales manager told me that I purchase new for the same price or better I was looking for a used truck when I arrived at joe machens. The salesman and sales manager told me that I purchase new for the same price or better than used, boy were they accurate. I left with my first Ford ever and a full warranty to boot versus a limited one on a used truck. The specs I gave them were enough for them to take me to the first truck that ended up being the one I bought. They were very knowledgeable and I would repeat business here again.
