I don't know if salespersons realize this little detail and I understand that some instructions are needed for people who don't have experience with these new vehicles today. There was some confusion on the equipment listed online and in the window. That was somewhat disappointing but Mike gave us an explanation as to why but I would like to see that cleared up with maybe a more personalized listing instead of the generic one where details get skipped. The waiting room was great with food and drinks aplenty. Again, Mike was very polite as was Jamie who did the paperwork. More
