Great find and deal I was looking for a used truck when I arrived at joe machens. The salesman and sales manager told me that I purchase new for the same price or better I was looking for a used truck when I arrived at joe machens. I left with my first Ford ever and a full warranty to boot versus a limited one on a used truck. The specs I gave them were enough for them to take me to the first truck that ended up being the one I bought. They were very knowledgeable and I would repeat business here again. Received quick appointment and service. I had discovered a problem with my f250 a few days earlier all four wheels got hot. I had no idea what it could be. When I drove it the 30 miles to I had discovered a problem with my f250 a few days earlier all four wheels got hot. I had no idea what it could be. When I drove it the 30 miles to the dealership the wheels did not get hot. They pulled all four wheels checked brakes and rotors and I had suspected a possible electronic skid control malfunction, but there were no codes created when they checked. They made a diligent effort to discover what could have caused the hot wheels, brakes and hubs and could not discover the problem. My hope is is doesn't happen again especially when I'm pulling my camper somewhere on a trip. I greatly appreciate the effort made by the service department to try and solve this problem but I know things can happen that can't be located or explained. The service department was congenial throughout the process. I appreciate them. More

I received a call from John Lange at 8am, after a simple application online, and a few painless phone calls I drove to the dealer ship at 1pm. I was greeted by John in the parking lot as I pulled up. He took me inside to talk with the finance department. I was offered sodas, coffee, popcorn and even ice cream while I waited. While I was doing paperwork my teenage son waited for me in their game room. After going over the vehicle, doing the fencing, I drove off the lot in a like new Ford Escape. This was by far the best car buying experience from a no hassle professional staff. I highly recommend Joe Machens they will take care of you, and Ill be back when my wife's ready to up grade. More

I Identified a car I liked on their CPO lot online, got in correspondence with a couple of Sales guys, and set a time to get it out for a drive when I was in town. Wound up driving home in said vehicle in less than two and a half hours at the Dealer. The price for the car was far below the KBB, and they gave me above the KBB on the trade in. All in all they seemed to be more interested in happy customers than gouging them for every penny. Do your homework on the vehicle you are looking for and go to Machens, you'll be happy you did.
