Don't use on line service request I requested service on line. I needed an oil change, 4 tires, alignment, 60,000 mile maintenance,and a motor vehicle inspection. In my request I speci I requested service on line. I needed an oil change, 4 tires, alignment, 60,000 mile maintenance,and a motor vehicle inspection. In my request I specified the tires I wanted with part numbers. They had them in stock on the day of my request (Thursday). Fast forward to Monday, the day off service and they sold my tires to another customer between my service request and date of service.. To prevent having to come back, I chose some other tires that they had in stock. It ended up due to other issues I had to leave the car overnight anyway. They provided a rental since we needed the car the next morning. What good is it to schedule service if they sell your parts before you get there, and don't order replacements in time? I'm guessing if I had gone in or talked to a service rep instead of on line I would have got the tires I wanted. Makes me wonder if the request was read. What I entered on line was on the service report when I came in. Had it been reviewed, the tire rotation, cabin air filter and other items i didn't need included in my request would have been removed before I got there. More
