Fast and Friendly! Had the ABS light coming on every now and then when I bought my vehicle. My awesome salesman told me to bring it back if it came back on and it did several times but would clear itself so I put it off for a while and finally got it over there when the light was on. Not only did they figure it out but the part was there in 20 minutes and they got it on quick so I could get back to work! I expected to have to come back another time for it to be fixed but for them to quickly get it done so I could keep my vehicle was a HUGE help for me and greatly appreciated!!! Great out of state buy! I live in Chicago but found my dream car online at Machens Ford and called and spoke to Jerad. He answered all my questions, even told me the car smelled good, which I did not think to ask. We did the deal on the phone and they drove the car up to me 2 days later. Terry in finance was great to work with too. It was the first time I bought a car I had not actually driven, so I was a little nervous, but the guys at Machen put me at ease and made it a pleasant experience. And I love the car! More

We went in and first talked to Tom, who was very thoughtful of our unique situation, and immediately made us feel at ease with this new experience. Tom explained a couple of the options that they would look into for us, then introduced us to Brad and Mike. Both of them were very personable, and listened to our needs and came up with a deal that worked out perfectly. There was no pressure at all throughout the whole process, in fact we felt like we were dealing with long time friends the whole time.
