Fast and Friendly! Had the ABS light coming on every now and then when I bought my vehicle. My awesome salesman told me to bring it back if it came back on and it did several times but would clear itself so I put it off for a while and finally got it over there when the light was on. Not only did they figure it out but the part was there in 20 minutes and they got it on quick so I could get back to work! I expected to have to come back another time for it to be fixed but for them to quickly get it done so I could keep my vehicle was a HUGE help for me and greatly appreciated!!! Keep up the good work guys!!! More

Great out of state buy! I live in Chicago but found my dream car online at Machens Ford and called and spoke to Jerad. He was very helpful, even went out and did a “face time” with me so I could see the car up close and experience a virtual test drive. He answered all my questions, even told me the car smelled good, which I did not think to ask. We did the deal on the phone and they drove the car up to me 2 days later. Terry in finance was great to work with too. It was the first time I bought a car I had not actually driven, so I was a little nervous, but the guys at Machen put me at ease and made it a pleasant experience. And I love the car! More

We went in and first talked to Tom, who was very thoughtful of our unique situation, and immediately made us feel at ease with this new experience. Tom explained a couple of the options that they would look into for us, then introduced us to Brad and Mike. Both of them were very personable, and listened to our needs and came up with a deal that worked out perfectly. There was no pressure at all throughout the whole process, in fact we felt like we were dealing with long time friends the whole time. I will definitely be recommending all 3 of them to anyone looking to buy a car. Oh, and we love the new Escape! More

Unskilled service techs Had master cylinder replaced several months ago due to a safety recall, service took half of a day. Brake pedal never felt solid after service and eve Had master cylinder replaced several months ago due to a safety recall, service took half of a day. Brake pedal never felt solid after service and eventually started to bleed down towards the floor board at stop lights. Set up an 8:00 am appointment for this service. At quitting time I received a call from the dealership letting me know that they could not duplicate the problem with my brakes and was told that I could come get my truck . Received a repeat phone call from them in a few minutes letting me know that they would have their seasoned good mechanic take a look at my truck. He found the problem before he ever left the dealership. I was called to be told that the master cylinder was bad and it was going to cost about $240 to have it replaced I told the service writer that they had just replaced that five thousand miles ago and it should be covered under warranty , he argued too and said that they had not replace the master cylinder it was the brake booster I said no it was the master cylinder and he looked it up and agreed eventually. I was not charged to have the master cylinder replaced however I was without my vehicle for 2 days. This is my work truck that I pull my trailer with so that's two days of no pay. Driver side top of fender now has scratches on it where something was drugged over the top of it. More
