By the time we were ready to bring in the lucky beneficiary, John had provided us with several options from which to choose. The big moment was upon us: after a test drive and checking the lot for the perfect choice, our granddaughter made her choice known. From there John showed us an offer we could not refuse, and we were on to the paperwork. Jamie (Wilson) was equally helpful in completing the stack of paperwork. He presented the various financing options, extended warranty and service options; helped choose; printed the temporary insurance card for the car; finally all those signatures that cramp your hand! Both gentlement were great and provided a great low pressure buying experience. I previously bought a Fusion from John, at that time he showed great patience for a couple of months while I decided on the vehicle of my dreams, certainly a tribute to a salesman.
