Query Requirement The service performed was #1 SSP: and also service #2 Q99PX as required. The mileage in was 95175 & mileage out was 95175. Service Adviser was Steven The service performed was #1 SSP: and also service #2 Q99PX as required. The mileage in was 95175 & mileage out was 95175. Service Adviser was Steven Paul/ 471*W*. This vehicle (VIN) on 2013MY F-150 is 1FTFW1ET4DKG28428. The service performed was excellent as for as quality and time. However at this time my truck is not functioning at optimum performance due to trans/PCM issues. This truck is down shifting into first at speed 42 to 45 mile per hr. leaving unexpected brake assist unavoidable. However at this time this leaves my truck not able to haul or pull a trailer with ease. Safety Recall 19S07 software is not available on my F-150 with 3.5L and at this time my service department is not allowed to repair. So my query is if FORD MOTOR can not correct problem does this void my certified truck warranty if trans fails without properly being fixed? Respectfully submitted: Jimmie W. Mace More
Lazy and I seem to be a bother I walked in and went to the first opening. The gentleman was just sitting there listening with his earbuds on and passed me onto someone else. I usually go in and tell them I need “the works” done and give them my key and go on. Not this time, I had to stand there and wait while they pull it in and get all the info off the car then I could go. When you are pressed for time this is not convenient. When I picked up my car many of the service people were just sitting around playing on their phones. Was given my key and told the car was parked on the side, did not bring it to the front—again when you are pressed for time this is a inconvenience. My husband brought one of our other Ford cars the day before (also for the works). He had the same experience. Poor attitude, poor reception (he was told to stand and wait while they performed other tasks). He made the comment that in the past few months this Ford dealership has gone downhill. We plan on purchasing Fords in the future, but not from Jefferson City. We also plan on having our cars serviced somewhere else. We used to have them service 5 of the 6 vehicles we own. More
