Told pickup would be ready and waited an hour + Called service dept. 4 hours after I dropped off for oil change & motor vehicle inspection. Was told by service writer, that the inspection was all that was needed to be finished. Relying on that, I went to pickup my truck only to find NONE of the work was even begun. Quick and easy I found the exact truck I wanted online and was able to quickly negotiate a deal over the phone with Brad.
