He allowed us to test drive 3 vehicles, of which 2 we took home overnight to experience. In doing so, this allowed us to take our time (we have two small children) and fully review. Glad we did, because we would have been extremely disappointed if we purchased the first vehicle, as the room in the back was much less desired, once we put both of our children's car seats in it. The second vehicle was an upgraded version of the first and exactly what we needed. In reviewing the dealership's website, we found that there was another vehicle, same year and model with a few additional features available. My husband told John and he had it ready for us to test drive and see as soon as we pulled up to the dealer. As I was already familiar with the ride of the vehicle, I opted to stay behind with our children while my husband took it for a drive. The customer waiting area was unlike any I had ever been in; plenty of comfortable seating, TVs, complimentary soft drinks, water, coffee and tea, as well as popcorn and ice cream, which was a hit for the kiddos. It certainly made our wait more enjoyable, once we decided to move forward with our purchase. Our sales person was extremely friendly and professional, and not too pushy to make a sale, but rather, more interested in getting us into something that would be a good fit for our family. We also worked with Derek Bartles in Finance. He was also extremely friendly and got us through our financing quickly. My only comment is that he asked us to sign some forms that he said were identical, but in reviewing we noted they were not identical. When he took a second look, he mentioned that he never noticed the difference and continued to state that they were basically the same thing. Just wanted to share for future reference. More
