Oil Change I took my Ford Focus for an oil change and tire rotation. While there my service advisor said they would like to take care of the recall involving the I took my Ford Focus for an oil change and tire rotation. While there my service advisor said they would like to take care of the recall involving the fuel tank, saying it would take 10-15 minutes longer. I agreed. The computer download to run the test actually took longer and I was informed it that, which was much appreciated. Although my visit was longer than expected, I am fiery pleased with the time updates and the friendly atmosphere during my visit! More

Since Quick Lane moved across the street into the shop, service has gone down hill and prices have significantly increased. I used to be in and out in 20 minutes. Now it’s an hour wait and the reps don’t seem to care about quality work or a good customer experience. My husband summed up our last visit as, “a complete cluster.” After two experiences like this, I will not be returning. More
