Disappointing Experience! I had been texting and calling Jerad Miller the night before and day of my visit to dealership. Jerad knew the vehicle I was interested in and even as I had been texting and calling Jerad Miller the night before and day of my visit to dealership. Jerad knew the vehicle I was interested in and even asked me if I wanted to drive it first and then took it for a test drive with another couple while I was waiting! He didn't even have the courtesy to tell me when they got back that they were trying to buy the vehicle. I waited for over an hour and half and was passed to three other salesmen while I was there. All the manager (I was so upset I didn't get his name) would say when I complained was they sell more than 300,000 cars a month and get very good ratings!! Well, NOT THIS ONE! Worst customer service and disrespect I have ever experienced as a woman from any place of business!! More
