Purchase of a new Ford Escape The people we dealt with were nice. The inventory of vehicles was good so we found a couple of vehicles to choose from. Our complaint was being passed from one person to another as salesman and others kept disappearing. In fact, we had to deal with four or five different people to complete purchase the new car...when we bought a used car from the same dealership five years ago, we dealt with one person!! Felt so confused by the time we got to finance person, it was difficult to keep up with the details of the purchase! (I’m sure the disappearing acts were staged but it became pretty frustrating and took up a lot of extra time unnecessarily!). More

Had 2 defective chrome wheels replaced. My new f-150 had 2 defective wheels. They replaced them but failed to clean off the wheels after they were installed. They had a lot of some kind of cream they used to put the tires back on the wheels. Also there are 2 small scratches on one of the new wheels. I would imagine it was from the machine used to install the tires. More
