Ask him if it could be ready by noon, he thought it could. I called the number he had texed me at 11:50 to check status, he did not answer so I left a message asking him to call me. I was dropped off at the dealership at 12:45 and ask for him, I was told he was at lunch by a much more customer focused service guy who informed me both alienment machines were down earlier and they were backed up and it would still over an hour before my vehicle would be ready. I waited in your service wait area still expecting some kind of communication from Jesse, finally had to track him down to check on my service completion status, he didn't seem at all concerned that he hadn't returned my call or looked for me in the waiting area. Someone needs to explain to him that you are in a competitive business and we as consumers have other options and do a better job of keeping the customer updated when a unexpected delay happens. More

Unexpectedly Pleasant! We stopped at Joe Machens with zero intention of buying a car - we were just simply stopping by to research options for when we were ready (folks, I d We stopped at Joe Machens with zero intention of buying a car - we were just simply stopping by to research options for when we were ready (folks, I didn't eve have my purse!). Bo greeted us, and we hit it off from the start! We gave him a pretty extensive list of what we wanted from a vehicle and then we hit him with our budget. (basically we were looking for a prime rib meal on a hamburger budget) Instead of laughing us off - he patiently walked us through all the options he had for us! I was amazed at how many vehicles on the lot we had to chose from! From the beginning to end, Bo made this a very enjoyable experience! No pressure, very casual, very transparent, very attentive. We have walked out of several dealerships in the past couple of months because we felt like no one was listening. Not only did Bo listen, he jotted notes on what we were saying! With a teenager in the house, we know will be calling Bo to help find a vehicle for him soon! Thanks Bo! More
