Good Experience and Easy to Work With All The Way Around We have used Joe Machens Capital City Ford Quick Lane for years with mostly positive experiences so when we were in the market for a used truck we che We have used Joe Machens Capital City Ford Quick Lane for years with mostly positive experiences so when we were in the market for a used truck we checked their inventory and found one that could be an option. Research was done on the price they listed the truck and at we found it to be reasonable and fair. The next day we stopped in first thing in the morning and in fact, even before they were officially opened. Shawn Wagner greeted us at the door and said he would be happy to help us even though it was 30 minutes before they opened. After looking the truck over and going on a long test drive we sat down to discuss the truck and the price. During the test drive one of the window switches wasn't working and they noted that fact. From a standpoint of getting to an agreed upon price it went as well as it can when it comes to purchasing a used car. They also agreed to fix the window switch and to work with us on picking the truck up at a later date. Finishing up the related paper work was smooth and easy. You could tell you were working with an experienced team. Communication was open and easy with everyone from Sales to the Business Office. Overall this was a good experience and they were easy to work with all the way around. More
