Worked hard to get us the car and the deal we wanted We came looking for a Fiesta ST to test drive at the beginning of our car shopping. Though our salesman, Sam Hayden, was new, he worked hard to locat We came looking for a Fiesta ST to test drive at the beginning of our car shopping. Though our salesman, Sam Hayden, was new, he worked hard to locate the car we wanted to see (it was being test driven by someone else when we arrived) and then when that customer had decided to purchase it, he got permission from her to let us take a quick drive. With that car gone, we had to find another somewhere else, and when we did, our salesman and the sales manager, Brian Lorts, worked hard to get that car in and also match the deal the other dealer was advertising, without the gimmicks like requiring financing and requiring a certain type of trade-in to get the deal. Once the car was in and we went to purchase it, everything went smoothly. Even the part where we had to decline the obligatory pitch for extended service contracts, paint protection (I guess that's the new "undercoating"), and so on. A great purchase experience, and one that rewarded my faith in the dealership from which I purchased my first car, a Fiesta S, 41 years ago. More
