Brad and Derek worked with us; there was no aggression, no condescension, no attitude, and no pressure. They were polite and friendly, but didn't quiz us down trying to get a lot of personal information that they could later use to push us into a deal. It was so refreshing!! We left with the car we wanted, at a reasonable price, with financing that was just what we were aiming for. We would recommend Joe Machens to friends or family members! More

To Expensive I dropped my vehicle off to patch my tire. When I went to pay they charged me $25.00! I called 2 other places and 1 charges $10 and the other $19.50.
