Pleasently surprized and thankful! I came in to have my Lincoln serviced and while I was waiting I decided to look at what was on the lot to kill time. He said ok and asked me what I liked? We had a nice conversation with no pressure, then the service dept. announced that my Lincoln was ready and Jordan gave me his card.
