Wouldn't honor warranty and tried to upcharge me 70% on part I bought a power train warranty with my pickup and one of the turbo's went out and they told me it wasn't covered and then tried to charge me 70% more I bought a power train warranty with my pickup and one of the turbo's went out and they told me it wasn't covered and then tried to charge me 70% more on parts then I can buy from ford themselves. When asked about it they basically said these are the prices and that's it. But on the other hand before I about got ripped off at the Jefferson City dealership the Columbia dealership called me and said if I would take my truck to Columbia they would honor the warranty and take care of me.
