We worked with Gavin and Christian, and they were key to making our experience so positive. Gavin, though newer to sales, didn’t show it at all. He took the time to address our needs, answered all our questions without hesitation, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. His attentiveness made the whole experience enjoyable. We also worked with Christian, whom we've partnered with in the past. It’s easy to see why he was promoted—his expertise and professionalism stand out. I noticed two awards on his desk, and I’m confident he’ll continue to earn more as his career progresses. Thanks to Christian and Gavin, this car-buying experience was a pleasure. They’ve changed my perception of car salesmen, and there should be more professionals like them in this industry. More
