I called to schedule an appointment for a recall notice that I'd received in the mail. The first person I talked to indignantly asked why I was calling as though I was wasting his time. After I told told him why he continued to act as though I was wasting his time. He finally passed me on to a kind lady who took my information and said she would contact me when parts were available. I was contacted about 3 weeks later and scheduled for a repair. After I was in the waiting room for the service department I was told that parts WERE NOT available yet and I never should have been called. Pretty xxxx frustrating! More
