I'm highly pissed off while typing this!Attempted for 2 I'm highly pissed off while typing this! Attempted for 2 months to have a service check performed on my vehicle. The first time I was told I would I'm highly pissed off while typing this! Attempted for 2 months to have a service check performed on my vehicle. The first time I was told I would receive a call of the time the vehicle would be scheduled to bring it in. Never received a call after 3 weeks. The second time I informed the individual that I would be requiring a loaner due to the vehicle would be there for a day, and I don't live in that city. Go to the service check on the scheduled appt. day after driving 35 minutes just to find out there was no loaner available. I had to cancel that appt. and scheled another for 2 weeks later, and requested a loaner vehicle, again. The third time was just like the second time. So, basically my time, and gas wasted. Instead of sending me messages about my appt. time, send me a message to inform me if there is a loaner available. So, I don't have to waste my time and gas. So, I wasted my gas, time, and time from work for nothing. More
