We had purchased 5 new vehicles from Machens in the past. We were wanting to get a 2021 Ford Bronco. First the sales manager insulted us by low balling the trade in. The sales lied to us twice. This is poor customer service and treat loyal customers. Then they wanted $3000 over sticker , however due to us being loyal customers they would knock $500 off that, another insult. Jalen Sands was my product and sales specialist. He was very helpful, courteous and informative, and made sure the vehicle, before I had purchased it, was held for me as soon as it arrived off the train, f very helpful, courteous and informative, and made sure the vehicle, before I had purchased it, was held for me as soon as it arrived off the train, for me to come and look at before finalizing the sale. My vehicle had been rear-ended and totaled and I live about an hour and half away and Jalen went above and beyond to accommodate that, without any guarantee that I would be making a purchase that day. Douglas Keeler was my financer, and he made extra sure that all the paper work was filled out correctly, so that I wouldn't have to make any extra trips back out to Jeff City.
