Doug my finance guy was great to deal with. As for everyone else at the dealership there is lots of room for improvement. My sales rep was terrible and the sales manager was worthless. The sales team put very little effort into helping me. If it wasn’t for Doug I would have walked on the deal. Your sales team and sales manager could learn a lot from Doug about customer service.
