I got a notification in an email about the vehicle I purchased. I sent an email late a night to confirm the availability of the vehicle, first thing in the morning I have a voicemail a text and an email purchased. I thought Christian did a great job! It was. pleasure waking with him and he had great follow through. I wasn't however too happy that I had a first responder discount and we had to go to this website a waking with him and he had great follow through. I wasn't however too happy that I had a first responder discount and we had to go to this website and fill out all this info and then it still didn't go through and no none seemed to care or interested in helping figure it out. I am still trying to get that worked out. I really can't believe it is this much trouble to give a first responder a discount. I was also waiting to do the review until I received the check for my extended warranty unused amount, that still hasn't come. I did get the gap refund, but no one told me where the refund was coming for the warranty. other than that, I am happy with me new car, the process was hassle free and Christian was great! More
