Minor things; engine light with intermittent misfire, replace steering stabilizer, alignment, and balance and rotate tires. Result: alignment made worse, 14 psi pressure range in 4 tires, vibration at highway speeds, engine light came back on and misfire condition continued. Saving the best for last... TWO OF MY LUG NUTS ON THE LEFT REAR WERE SO LOOSE I WAS ABLE TO TURN THEM WITH MY FINGERS!!! Total of 16 lug nuts not torqued to spec. I routinely tow a 6 ton RV with this truck, which the service technician David was told. IMHO, having these lazy and incompetent technicians work on your vehicle may result in severe damage, and could potentially cost you your life. More

worst dealership ever Went in for some maintenance on our 2019 truck. Our touch screen was lagging. They told us there was a deal for $48 to get your oil changed, tires rot Went in for some maintenance on our 2019 truck. Our touch screen was lagging. They told us there was a deal for $48 to get your oil changed, tires rotated and they would look at our screen, so obviously we took it. When we went to pick up our truck they were trying to charge us $60+. When we told them that was not what we were told it would be, the guy tried to blame it on another person, even though this deal is something Ford is running not this individual dealership. We picked up our truck right as they were closing, so when we got home we noticed our tires had not been rotated. My husband drives in construction areas so the tires were dusty. There were no fingermarks on our tires and there are certain scuffs and scratches on the tires that were in the same place which is how we knew they hadn't rotated the tires. If you want to be ripped off by lazy idiots, then by all means go to Joe Cooper Ford in Edmond. More
Outraged service! Purchased a truck that had a run flat light on, asked the sales guy to put air in before the test drive. He didn’t care and said it was no big deal. Negotiated a deal for them to replace light on, asked the sales guy to put air in before the test drive. He didn’t care and said it was no big deal. Negotiated a deal for them to replace the tires upon my purchase. So I took the truck home and returned the next morning at 10am as scheduled. I was told that it would only be about an hour or so before my truck was done. So I waited for over a few hours and no truck or even anyone come by to check on me. At about 1:30pm I had enough and ask the sales manager when my truck would be ready. At this point he attempts to tell me that it would be about 2-3 hour wait. I informed him that I had been here since 10 am and they said it would only take a 1-2 hours, because the tires just came in. I asked him to just bring my vehicle back so I could leave. he came back shortly and said it would only be about 45 minutes and it would be done. This was at about 1:45pm it is now 3:00pm and still nothing but excuses. If they would have just been honest and said it would take all day or even updated me sooner I could have made other arrangements. My time was waisted and no one seemed to even care. Worst service I have ever experienced I will not ever come back to this place, the bad thing is I wasted money getting an extended warranty here because I thought they had good service. Never again will I ever spend one single cent of my hard earned time or money here. More
I'm not sure if it was incompetence or deceit, but they tried to sell me a vehicle that had something obviously wrong with it. I test drive 3 different vehicles to verify I was hearing something wrong. I o tried to sell me a vehicle that had something obviously wrong with it. I test drive 3 different vehicles to verify I was hearing something wrong. I obviously wasnt going to buy it, but decided to be a good dude and bring up the problem with the salesman. He said he heard it, tried to talk around the issue, said his manager verified that it was "all good", and still tried to sell as is. This is after getting the bait and switch from the truck I wanted (that was "already sold") to one they just wanted to sell. They have low prices but I dont trust their vehicles, competence, or morals one bit More

Had the truck towed to Had a belt put on my truck. Just over a 1000 miles down the road the belt failed. I was traveling and a couple hours from home. Had the truck towed to the local ford dealership at a hefty price. A family member had to travel 4 hours round trip to get my wife and daughter home while I rented a hotel room due to it being Sunday evening. The next day went to that ford dealership and they replaced the belt and I was back on the road late that afternoon. Contacted Joe Cooper who told me to contact Ford for a reimbursement of tow charges occurred because of faulty part. . Contacted ford and did as they asked. After weeks I contacted Joe Cooper to follow up. They said I needed to contact Ford. Contacted Ford and they said I needed to Resubmit to them what I submitted to Joe Cooper by mail. Contacted Joe Cooper and they said they are not Ford and are just a dealership. I spent the extra money going to this dealership to get a service I felt confident and covered if something happened. Something happened and I just get the run around on who should be responsible. No longer confident because they will not cover you. More

We decided to go look somewhere else but our salesman Terell said if we liked the truck they would get it fixed and give us a loaner while they did that, including the manager saying if we weren't happy with the way the truck was delivered to send it right back. Forward 2.5 weeks later, they bring us the truck to find out there's still something wrong with it (same noise and engine light is on, which hadn't been before) they refused to take the truck back to fix it after we spent 4k ok their extended warranty. So here we are trying to find a Chevy dealership that will take it and still waiting on Joe Cooper Ford to return calls. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! More
Big Business Ripping Off the Little Guy Joe Cooper Ford Lincoln of Edmond charged me $5000 for a warranty on a used car, an amount that it turns out is in violation of consumer protection la Joe Cooper Ford Lincoln of Edmond charged me $5000 for a warranty on a used car, an amount that it turns out is in violation of consumer protection laws. When I brought this before their attention, their manager acted completely arrogant, blaming the problem on me because I’d agreed to the purchase, despite the fact that they had fraudulently overcharged me. Joe Cooper also made sure to sell my trade-in vehicle ASAP so that it won’t be available to me after my case goes to court, which it most certainly will. I wouldn’t touch Joe Cooper Ford Lincoln with a ten-foot pole. I hope as many consumers read this as possible - don’t go to Joe Cooper Ford Lincoln of Edmond. They will try to rip you off every which way they can. They will even break the law to do it, as they did in my case. More
