This would be a no star if it was possible! ! Took in my vehicle for a diagnosis was told it was the water pump it would cost $3100 because they would need to pull the engine to get to it. Agre ! Took in my vehicle for a diagnosis was told it was the water pump it would cost $3100 because they would need to pull the engine to get to it. Agreed to the fix, received a message a week and a half later that it needed to have the engine replaced at it would cost over $10,000. During this entire over 2 week time period the service reps that I spoke to were absolutely rude and talked down to me the entire time. They charged over $600 to "reassemble and for part"?? go figure!! stay away from these rude unprofessional group of "service" people. they will rip you off!!! More
I tried to buy a used Lexus from Nathanial Grayson at the Edmond store. On Monday 4/25, I signed and returned a purchase agreement. On follow up Wednesday 4/27, I was told the vehicle was taken out for a Edmond store. On Monday 4/25, I signed and returned a purchase agreement. On follow up Wednesday 4/27, I was told the vehicle was taken out for a test drive the previous Saturday 4/23. "The engine started making a noise, a bad engine, so we red flagged it sent to auction". The vehicle they describe as having engine problems is a 2015 Lexus570 with 35,000 miles on it. I seriously doubt there were engine problems. I feel like Nathanial was not truthful. Several flags are up for me on this; first, the purchase agreement was sent to me on Monday afternoon after the alleged engine issue and the vehicle being "red flagged and sent to auction"; I had no correspondence from finance or Nathaniel until I contacted the dealership on Wednesday. If the vehicle was not available Monday, why was I sent a purchase agreement? Why would Joe Cooper Ford "red flag" a vehicle with their name on the title, and rush it to auction? The whole experience stinks. I contacted Ford Motor Company directly to file a complaint as well. More
I brought an engine from joe copper ford Edmond at November 2021. The engine cost almost 7000 dollars. After joe copper fixed it, it was less than a month after fixing my car the engine blew up on me November 2021. The engine cost almost 7000 dollars. After joe copper fixed it, it was less than a month after fixing my car the engine blew up on me again. I was on the way home. I took it to McKay ford at woodword ok. They want to charge me another 7000 dollars. I called joe copper at Edmond to tell them about it. They towed the car from Woodward ok back to Edmond Oklahoma. It took them two months and some days to fix another engine. They keep telling me that another thing is needed. From one story to another I’m so tired of these. I’m still at joe copper ford Edmond now waiting to get my car for 3 hours and I’m still waiting forever. I was told to wait for another two days to get my car fixed. I won’t recommend any service with this company( joe copper ford at Edmond Oklahoma). The advisory employees are very rude.I won’t recommend anyone fix their car in here. My car is still with joe copper ford Edmond Oklahoma for almost 2 months now. They ain’t doing nothing. I was told the car was test drive after fixing a new engine while was fix by JOE COPPER FORD EDMOND OKLAHOMA while blew up. But the mileage on the car still remains the same. I had 95988 miles before the car was towed. On the report I was given on February 8 2022 the mileage was still the same after lying to me that my car was taken for a test drive which I have proof. I just want to get my car fixed but they ain’t doing that. Please don’t fix your car here their technicians(mechanic and all) ain’t good with their job. More

The first time the service manager was, according to him, putting the required work into the computer in the wrong order so it wasn’t showing that it was covered by warranty. We went round and round til he found his mistake (when the warranty says hubs are covered, seems logical they are covered). Second time, they replaced gaskets to stop a coolant leak. When we got the car home, the coolant leaked like a waterfall. They discovered the gasket was twisted. Once they corrected it, no apology, nothing for our time, but a side comment that we should have paid another deductible for something. My impression is that they are either overwhelmed, or they don’t care. Didn’t care to fix it right, didn’t care to make sure we got the coverage we were due, and really seemed to want to milk us for money. We found a new service provider. More
Had a really good buying experience with Levi Graham. Took good care of me and gave me a great price. The finance department also got me a good interest rate and had some good warranty packages as well. Took good care of me and gave me a great price. These people were rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, and condescending to my wife buying a vehicle from them. They actually had her in tears telling her what she "was going to do". High pressure sales tacti condescending to my wife buying a vehicle from them. They actually had her in tears telling her what she "was going to do". High pressure sales tactics and took 6.5 hours to write up the "deal". I have no clue how they stay in business. Had I been there, there would have been no sale. We were pre-approved through our credit union, but they wrote a contract with some out of state bank at a higher interest rate to improve their profits. Unscrupulous and shady, they are an insult to the community. NEVER buy here! Update 12/19./2020 This dealer hasn't sent my title yet, so I have to drive worried about getting stopped since the paper tag has expired. I also have to pay a $1 a day fine for late registration if they ever do send it. More
