As always I had a great experience with the Service Dept. My husband posted a review already about the terrible experience we had at this dealership and horrible customer service. It started out good and we were excited about buying this new vehicle, but it qui experience we had at this dealership and horrible customer service. It started out good and we were excited about buying this new vehicle, but it quickly turned into a nightmare and just kept getting worse. Sales manager Robert Ashley should be ashamed of the way he spoke to me and treated a paying customer. People at this dealership do not care about their customers or customer satisfaction. I am a nurse and 7 months pregnant and this is just extra unnecessary stress that I do not need right now. I still don’t even have both keys to my brand new car that they claim the other dealership supposedly lost. They can’t seem to even give me an answer when I will have the second key. Robert Ashley was very rude when he called me today demanding that I come get my car and bring back the loaner. Even though it was understood and agreed on last week when I dropped off my brand new Limited Explorer that now has water damage, they would be finding me a new one to trade mine with. So I’ve been waiting on a phone call for a week stating they have a new car for me. Isaac, my car salesman, played me this whole time thinking that was still the agreement and even told me they had found one and were just waiting for the GM to give him the thumbs up on the trade. They have continuously been trying to get me to drive to their dealership this week, that is 1 1/2 hours away, to sit down and “talk” with the GM. And the only times they asked me to come in is when it was completely inconvenient for me and only worked for them and their schedules. I stated multiple times there was nothing to talk about. My two options were to find the new vehicle like we all agreed on or I would be getting my money back and take my business elsewhere. The GM wouldn’t even speak to me on the phone. They obviously dragged this out just long enough to where the deal funded so they wouldn’t have to go with their word and find me a different vehicle. I had never even spoke to Robert Ashley until today and the fact that he was nothing but rude from the time I answered the phone, is just disgusting. He spoke to me as if he had me on speaker phone and was in an office with all of his buddies boasting and demanding I bring the car back immediately. But, when we showed up to the dealership he sure did have a softer tone with my husband and Dad. He should be fired. He’s an embarrassment to FORD. More

We just purchased a 54k Ford Explorer Limited and within 2 weeks it was leaking from the sunroof lights and glove box to the point where the entire glove box was filling up with water. The lights in the cup holders were malfunctioning from the water damage. The floorboards were soaked with water. They agreed to find another Explorer identical to the one I purchased to replace it because of the water damage and mold and/or mildew. Dusty Loftin even agreed with me that he would not accept the vehicle back either- he is an internet salesman. Now out of nowhere Robert is telling me today they will not replace it and will not give me my money back. Demanding I bring the loaner car back and stating they have already sold my trade in. Robert Ashley was extremely rude and snarky on the phone. NEVER again will we do business with them and I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. More
