Pretty frustrating trip. Took my truck in. They gave me a rental. Had it for 3 days and they were shipped the wrong part so when I picked up my truck while waiting on the cor Took my truck in. They gave me a rental. Had it for 3 days and they were shipped the wrong part so when I picked up my truck while waiting on the correct part, they didn’t do ANY of the services in those 3 days. So when the right part came in, I had to wait almost 3 hours for all the stuff to be done on the truck. Very inconvenient. Then I’m still not convinced they changed my oil because my Ram app still shows that I need an oil change. I don’t know if I’ll use the service department again unless I absolutely have to. More

Fabian consistently dropped the ball. First instance, he was supposed to contact me as soon as the part arrived, he did not. Second instance, I called to see if my part had arri First instance, he was supposed to contact me as soon as the part arrived, he did not. Second instance, I called to see if my part had arrived and Fabian said he would go put his hands on it and call me right back. That was at noon, and guess what, I never heard back from him. Third instance, I was told it would take a few hours for the repairs, I scheduled and dropped the car off at the scheduled time. Fabian then told me that the original tech was no longer there and couldn't confirm whether my vehicle would be completed by the end of the day. I was told he would update me and he did not. Fourth instance, I called the next morning to inquire and was told he would call as soon as he arrived, he did not. I waited 3 hours and called for an update and was given the impression that work hadn't even started. I received a call from Fabian at 5:45 pm advising that my car was done and could pick it up the next day. Now I am out two days of rental car expense due to the ball being dropped several times, and no offer was made to reimburse my expense, nor reduced my warranty deductible or other charges. I am not sure if I will continue to use Joe Cooper of Yukon for my service but if I do I will insist on a different service advisor due to the incompetence of Fabian. More
