I prefer a dealership to maintain the value of my car, but an hour plus for a scheduled oil change means this will probably be the last time I ever visit here. I wouldn't even buy a car here, knowing that regular service takes so long, just imagine what a more significant repair might mean. More

I came in for a simple oil change. I was told the estimate to change my oil was about $170. I was told the price would come down to about $135 if I paid for a 2nd oil change for use in I was told the estimate to change my oil was about $170. Then when I asked about an approximate $75 charge on the estimate, I was told at 3 different times, “… you don’t need to worry about that” by a kid that clearly didn’t know what it was. I asked him to go find out and he said his boss was not there yet. I was unhappy about 1) the estimate to change my oil being twice what it should have been, 2) about the up-sell for the 2nd oil change and 3) I was unhappy about being told multiple times “you don’t need to worry about that” for a charge I was being expected to pay. Came in to get my dead battery replaced. Would have bought it but your prices are insane. I told the shop to get my truck started and I would leave the shop.
