I was not satisfied with my service. The job was not done correctly I had leave there and had to return because my brake work was not right. I had to sit and wait a few more hours.My day was a waste of my ti correctly I had leave there and had to return because my brake work was not right. I would have given 5 stars but I was frustrated that when i showed up to get new tires put on the tires were not there. Apparently they had been sent back because they sat around for too long. This was due to me not getting a timely call when they first arrived. By the time i was called and told they were in I was going to have surgery. I told them I would schedule to have them put on no later than the 15th. I ended up scheduling to have them put on the 13th. No one mentioned the tires weren't there anymore. I showed up for my appointment and waited for about 30 minutes before I was told the tires weren't there. At this point the gentleman was apologetic and he got the tires the next day and they were put on but I did have to leave the car overnight so they could finish the alignment because they had to fit me in since my appointment was a bust. Their service has been good otherwise, though, and I would recommend them. More

Too long a wait. I called ahead for an appointment. It was set for 11:30 a.m. and I arrived early so that the motor would cool by the time of the appointment. I was I called ahead for an appointment. I told the service personnel what the problem of the vehicle was and what remedies that had already been taken and all that I wanted was the oxygen sensors replaced to help the rough idle. The service personnel began to talk about there maybe problems with the AC causing it or another individual stated it could be the throttle body. This was before the car was ever taken back for a mechanic to look at and diagnose. At 3:00 p.m. I called to see if my car was ready. I was told that the car had not even been taken back to the bay, because they were still waiting for a bay to open up. At this point I told them not to touch my car and I would be back to pick it up. I did exactly that. When I arrived they kept asking what could they do to make it right, but by this time I had lost confidence in the service department. This was not the service department that I had used in the past. In the past appointment times were honored, and repairs were timely with proper explanations after the mechanic had examined the car and discovered the problem. My car would be repaired properly and I was happy. At this time I do not know if I will use the service department again. More

2 1/2 hours to do a scheduled oil change. Appointment was scheduled, I was early and it still took 2 1/2 hours passed the scheduled time to get an oil change. Refused to rotate tires because Appointment was scheduled, I was early and it still took 2 1/2 hours passed the scheduled time to get an oil change. Refused to rotate tires because one wasn’t factory which wouldn’t have been an issue if Firestone tires weren’t junk. Had to inform service clerk that the oil change was free with the purchase of the vehicle and I was informed that there were at least three recalls on it that weren’t even addressed while it was in the bay. Guess I’m just supposed to bring it back and sit for 2 more hours right, no I’ll take it to another Dodge dealership. More
