I went in for a scheduled oil change on my dodge durango. The staff explained to me that they were running behind schedule due to some scheduling conflicts between their scheduling and the call scheduling The staff explained to me that they were running behind schedule due to some scheduling conflicts between their scheduling and the call scheduling system. I told them that I had other errands that I had to make that involved my kids after school activities and I didn't want to miss it. They were very professional and courteous. They reassured me that they would do everything they could to get my vehicle completed in a timely fashion. I'm glad to say that they finished with my vehicle in a timely fashion and I was able to get my kids to their activities. Thank you Jimmy Britt Dodge Chrysler team! More

Complete dorks. I went to JB because I had multiple bad experiences at the Toyota dealership. Now I have learned the bozos that were at Toyota are now at JB. Jeez! Can’t win. I took the car back to give th experiences at the Toyota dealership. Now I have learned the bozos that were at Toyota are now at JB. Jeez! Can’t win. I took the car back to give them a second chance at flushing trans fluid and it is still low. I was suspicious when they only charged me for 2 quarts. After research, I learned that 1.8 quarts is what will come out when you remove the drain plug. It takes much more to actually flush, like 10 plus to do it right. I will get somebody else to put it on a lift, drain what comes out, and put in 1.8 quarts. Won’t be flushed, but at least it will have enough to function. Because of crap like this, I take it to a true Lexus pro in Jacksonville for major maintenance. I’ll wait until next time for a full flush. More
