brand new vehicle was left stranded; service department wanted to make an appointment like I was getting oil changed. When a loaner was requested, I was told that you are a small dealer and only have 5 lo wanted to make an appointment like I was getting oil changed. This is totally unacceptable for any new vehicle, let alone one that I almost spent $70,000 on. Sales and repeat business is based on service...you failed on this one. Thanks. More

When I purchased my car two years ago, its a 2019. I was told I had 6 oil changes. Well I was told that I did in fact have six but they had to be used in two years. Well who in the world has six oil chang told I had 6 oil changes. Well I was told that I did in fact have six but they had to be used in two years. Well who in the world has six oil changes in two years. I had only had two, this was to be my third. I do not put many miles on my vehicle so I did not require more oil changes. The fee today was over $80, as I had the oil changed and tires rotated. I am very disappointed because of this. The people were very nice but not helpful. Wish I had just went home and let my husband do it for around $20. I was told prior to have the work done that I only had been given two oil changes but later after insisting I did in fact was told I did have six. More
