Bought a used truck from Jimmy Britt and within a day noticed the truck continuing to get worse and worse with throttle response which created dangerous situations when I pulled out into traffic. I called them when I got back from vacation (2 weeks later) and they generously offered to take a look at it, I’d most likely be able to fix it myself but I just needed to know what was causing the issues. They looked at it for about 3 hours and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong except maybe was a fuel pump issue but they told me they were guessing and it’ll be 1k...Seriously?? Told me to bring it back so they could have it for a couple of days. The reason for my 2 stars is I guess because they tried but I would recommend bringing it to a more well round dealership when it comes to diagnostics and service/repair. This is my 2nd vehicle purchase 1 new/1used from them and I continue to be let don’t buy these guys. More

Went up to get a tire ordered from warranty, they waited till the end of the day to order the tire when I was at store at 9 am. Then proceeded to tell me the tire would be there the next day , never called till the end of the day to order the tire when I was at store at 9 am. Then proceeded to tell me the tire would be there the next day , never called me had to physically go check, and guess what no tire. I was proceeded to tell me Thursday. Called Thursday no tire. So I got up first thing Friday morning and I get told my tire was delivered to the old dealership and was returned. So I got told my tire said would be here today Friday. I’ll bet a paycheck be next week before I get a tire service center sucks make the rest dealership look like crap. Salesmen and the best though thanks Flores service center is only reason for bad review just to be clear More
