After waiting for 6 hours on my vehicle, I went to the service desk to check on my car. The employee told me that she would check. She came back and said “We do not know where your car is.” They lost my v service desk to check on my car. The employee told me that she would check. Apparently she moved my vehicle out of the line up and completely forgot about it. I had waited 6 hours while my car was just sitting in a parking lot. If I had not went and asked about my card status, I really do wonder if I would have still be sitting there when they went to lock the doors at night. More

I called 3 working days ahead and scheduled an appointment for a routine oul change. My appointment time was set for Monday 8:30AM. I arrived 15min earlier as I was informed by the receptionist, but my car was not released until 10:50AM. I was told the shop was waiting for an oil filter after 10:30AM when I grew overly impatient waiting. The dealership sold me an awesome car but their service department is slow and the receptionists never follow up to notify me of their delays. Very unprofessional More
