Needed some electrical work that required it being sent to Greensboro. Finally got my car back a month later only to see that the gas tank was completely empty (it was full when I dropped it off) and my ti to Greensboro. Finally got my car back a month later only to see that the gas tank was completely empty (it was full when I dropped it off) and my tire was messed up. Took it back to dealership and was accused of messing the tire up, service person lied repeatedly saying it was my fault. Also asked for paperwork saying they have to replace the tire and was repeatedly lied to again saying the paperwork was in the car, then wasn't given the right paperwork. It has been almost 2 months and I still haven't gotten a replacement tire! And the cruise control quit again on the way home the same day, which was one of the main reasons for taking it back to dealership. I can't even drive a car that I am paying for. It's ridiculous!!! Seriously thinking about trading my car in with a different dealership. I hate being lied to!!! More
