First, I had an 11:30 am and left the dealership at 1:16 pm, only after I approached the desk to see what was taking so long. I also asked them to check a light that was on, on the dashboard. I was told that there would be a charge to check it and I stated that the car was new, there shouldn't be a charge. They said they would check it out but didn't! I dread returning there. I waited 4 months for them to fix vehicle’s air suspension. I did not receive any updates from service advisor. i had to call and go up there personally for status updates.
