I had to wait literally six months for a catalytic converter recall replacement. I was told I was "in line." Then I was told they were waiting on parts. When I insisted the Jeep be repaired ASAP they converter recall replacement. I was told I was "in line." Then I was told they were waiting on parts. When I insisted the Jeep be repaired ASAP they suddenly had the parts and another customer missed her appt. so I got that appt. in two days. It's shameful that a customer has to beg for months for a repair. Not one person except the girl who took my keys and gave them back ever spoke to me about anything. Horrible experience. More

Brought vehicle in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Got home and realized the tires had not been rotated (based on a mark one a wheel I noted prior to service). I’d like to know if my oil was even changed. Edit for update: Bubba called spoke with me regarding my issues with service. He went above and beyond to dispel any future concerns regarding quality of services rendered. Good on Jimmy Britt for having people like Bubba on board and taking ownership. Thanks again! More
