Hello Daniel - I was very concerned with your review so I connected with our service team. It is my understanding that you brought your vehicle in for a check engine light. Our dealership found a cylinder misfire was occurring. We swapped plugs from 1 cylinder to another and verified that the misfire switched cylinders when doing so. At that time, we recommended doing a complete tune up and also recommended a fuel system cleaning since you had almost 50,000 miles on it. After a call with our service manager, you stated it is your belief that your vehicle does not need plugs and our diagnosis was incorrect. Our service manager let you know exactly what we did to verify the needed repair, and you said that someone else told you that was incorrect and we are wrong. We stand firmly behind our diagnosis, and are more than able to assist you, if and when, you determine that is the best course of action to correct your vehicle's issue.
