Vehicle Service I was disappointed with this last service due to the length of time it took to be completed! Apparently, the person I dealt with named Tyler became il I was disappointed with this last service due to the length of time it took to be completed! Apparently, the person I dealt with named Tyler became ill and my problem is that no follow-up call was made to me as to the status of my service! I called a day after my car was supposed to be ready only to find out one of the parts ordered was defective and had to to be reordered! I had to have my car as I had to drive to Savannah for a doctor's appointment. I am grateful that I was provided one of your cars to make it to that appointment! I am only writing to ask that follow-up call be made when service will be delayed! I as your customer require a call when something has occurred to delay when my car will not be available when originally promised, even if the person I have dealt with, in this case, Tyler, is I'll, someone should have called me to advise me of the status!!! This is just "good" business! Thank You. More

Awesome Talked to Jason Roper over the phone as the threat of the storm was great here in SC. He called checked on me and was very honest from get go. He even checked on me sunday night make sure we was safe and sound. I gave him my offer and he assured me that the price was not going to change. The buying experience was easy, entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Sales Manager AD was extremely helpful and professional. Only issue I had was with finance manager Justin was pushy and very unprofessional. If I ddnt drive 2.5 hours to get the car and the experience I had with the other staff I would have walked off. Poor parking We take our Ram truck in for any service and/or oil changes. The service we receive is good and we’ve not had issues. However, until the parking lot s We take our Ram truck in for any service and/or oil changes. The service we receive is good and we’ve not had issues. However, until the parking lot situation is remedied, we will NOT be bringing out truck back. As of our last visit, there is very little room to park a vehicle, let alone turning around to leave the lot. Every spot was packed with vehicles and no room to maneuver. This is not a new situation. However, it is has become worse since our last visit (we have 2 vehicles serviced there). When my husband mentioned it, he was told there were changes being made. Again, if the parking is not fixed, we will be taking our vehicles elsewhere. We don’t buy nice things to have them abused in a tiny parking area. More
